At SwingSync Training, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a faulty or broken product, we offer a free exchange to ensure you get a working product.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We will accept exchanges for products that are broken or faulty upon arrival. The following conditions apply to exchanges:
- The product must be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to request an exchange.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging when returned.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange for a broken or faulty product, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include a brief description of the issue, along with any supporting photos showing the defect or damage.
- Exchange Confirmation: Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product and receive your exchange.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer must mail faulty products. Once approved, a replacement will be mailed and returned.
- Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Timeframe for Exchanges
After receiving your returned product, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your replacement item is on its way.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for the following:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer beyond normal wear and tear.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers.
